Preparing your body for pregnancy begins long before conception and is a VITAL missing piece that will change the health of your children in so many unexpected ways.

The level of our nourishment ‘as we conceive’ is in direct relationship with designing every major system of our baby within weeks of nestling in, growing an entirely new organ in our bodies as we grow new life, every step of caretaking the development of our child, their future health AND the health of their children.

Creating the most optimal environment prior to conception is so important.

Together, we are curating lasting elevated care for all mothers & babies.

I teach from 23 years of personal experience providing physical, emotional & educational support to birthing women, a CMT for almost 3 decades, a mother of two + everything I have learned along the way - caring for women, doing women’s work while living in a woman’s body, through my childbearing years, gracefully into menopause - 55 years & counting.

I weave a long term perspective into all that the I live/teach.

I am speaking to myself through every woman I serve to be held and cared for better. Everything I longed for in my own care, did not receive, did not know how to ask, was afraid to ask, dismissed simply from not knowing/understanding & then healing from a level of care that was ‘less than”. We simply do not know, what we do not know.

I am in service to creating positive change in maternity care.

When you begin to care for your body in deeper ways EARLY ON - you can then shift this elevated focus to prepare for the birth of your baby, throughout your entire pregnancy.

Therefore, these positive impacts in the care you receive + the care your baby will receive as they enter this world - will change the way we see, prepare & hold birth.

Postpartum Preparation - Ahhhh, WE will have you (MOTHERBABY) covered & held in the same elevated care to recover, restore & re-emerge ANEW.
