The Language Birth Speaks

The Art of Contemplation

Here’s to the teachers who help us remember Who We Are!

In my professional life, I have spent over 28+ years studying our body’s innate design.

Our magnificent, brilliant inner network, everything in relationship with everything. An innate wisdom - anatomy, physiology, systems within systems, cellular + hormonal communication, fluids flowing, speaking, sharing, movement, stillness, life creating nature - WHOLENESS.

Looking throughout my own life, it really doesn’t matter how many credentials I have collected or certifications I can use as ‘proof of trust’.

Integrating all of this this body of work (25+ years) into my body, into a way of BEING - is an intelligence that runs far deeper than information and external proof ever will. Deepening into myself creates more space to be shared in more expansive ways with others, in deeper trust than credentials can provide.

Remembering my nature, restoring a deep sense of trust within my own body & breath - so you can, too.

Sitting with my own discomfort until comfort nurtures its roots.

It is my inner life that is the caretaker to all of my work that serves YOU in the most honest approach I have access to.

I will always seek new information to grow, to learn, expand my perspectives but my first and most important language is my inner chemistry, responding to life with deep emotional ease - so you can remember that, too.

Birth holds the power of teacher, intimately.

The power to teach a profound understanding of our individual chemistry. How we speak to ourselves. A listening that’s ours alone. A silent frequency of love, safety, trust and steadiness that speaks with our whole body, our cells, our genes, our baby. Alongside an inner journey to discover all that interrupts this flow.

Time, Patience & Deep interior study.

Never have I found a way to bring the ‘language of birth’ alive in my everyday life. A practice of inner understanding, energetic nurturing and deep nourishment.

This is what The Gene Keys approach gifts to me.

It is a practice. A living wisdom, inviting me inside myself through the art of self inquiry, contemplation, gentleness & patience. Also in partnership with all the practices I love - meditation, yoga, gardening, slow walks with nature, plant essences, sunrises - tools that help me remember who I am - my very own energetic fingerprint that no one has but me.

“May all whom you touch in this life through your thoughts, your words and your deeds, be transformed by the radiance of your presence.”

Richard Rudd

May you always find and honor the teachers that help you remember who you are.

Remembering who you are, so others can too.

All my love~
